Room was clean and reasonable. Good value for the price. Open area for getting together as well as conference rooms. Restaurant served breakfast starting at 7:00 AM. Exercise room and indoor pool. Convenient to various destinations in Toledo. Covered parking garage. Staff was friendly. I will be returning next month.
The front desk was very nice.nWe enjoyed the breakfast .The staff at the bar was just wonderful.. we had a great time considering we only stayed one night
I felt the rooms and hallways needed updated. The floors were really filthy. But other than that my night was restful. The bed was nice and comfy. The TV was an older model but that was ok. The service was really friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to all my friends.
The room was really clean ( smelt great) and the staff helpful. The breakfast experience however could be better; the options are very limited and the gratuity isn't included which sucks for people like me who don't bring money to free things. The waitress was overwhelmed and working on her own. She forgot my coffee and I had to ask again but it's not her fault; she had too much to do and remember being there only one working. Would be 5 stars if the breakfast went smoother.
I didn't know they were permanently closed. Disappointed planning to return. Enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. Nice room comfortable bed. The food was great. To bad closed.
