Didnt have my prescription ready and was told to come back at 8:30.nCame back around 8:40 and waited behind a car for twenty minutes until it was our turn except when we got there they put up a sign saying they’re closed until tomorrow.nI’m severely sick and needed the medicine to sleep/get any kind of relief.nI will be transferring all of my prescriptions from this pharmacy and will tell anyone I can to do the same.nThe pharmacy tech who stared at me through the window should be completely ashamed! Along with wearing a shirt that had profanity on it.

I have been going to rite aid on glendale for years! The customer service has always been horrible! But I keep telling my self it's convenient. Well, after today I am strongly considering transferring all my prescriptions to the Kroger across the street. I have had it! What happened to customer service?!!!

Overall the store has a dust issue. Restroom vents have accumulation in the ceiling.nnNot good for health reasons. 2020 still has time left to clean up the particals. ):

Absolutely the worst Rite Aid.. I switched to Walgreens and I have not had any problems. I had to give a star for a review...

I've been using this location for many years. Friendly pharmacy staff and they always take the time even at the drive-through to answer questions. I had all my prescriptions for myself and my son transferred from Walgreens to this rite aid because the staff at Walgreen's on Reynolds road is very rude.
