Great non-pharmacy staff, good prices. THE WORST COVID19 PRACTICES EVER SEEN. Stopped into get a prescription filled, signs everywhere about masks, sanitizers, etc. but not one of the 4 people behind the pharmacy counter, including the pharmacist had a mask on. I can see being a bit lax if you weren't filling prescription, but come on. Went elesewhere.

I love to go there to pay my bills. The ladies are friendly and efficient. The service is fast. I also like to wander the store because i cam find hard to find thimgs there. They really carry some cool unique merchandise! Never know what I will find! Keep up the great work!!!!!

Pharmacy employees are very unprofessional! They’re rude and dishonest! Communication skills are nonexistent! As a retired nurse, I’ve dealt with a variety of people and attitudes. I have never mistreated anyone or been rude to a quest or their family. Problem solving is a part of the job sometimes! But these people do not care about their customers, and their customer’s experience in their establishment! They are so rude that a lady next to me decided not to patronize their store and put her items back! This type of behavior and unprofessionalism is what destroys a company. I’ve dealt with many, many, many pharmacies, but this is the worst by far, I have ever experienced such a lack of courtesy, respect, communication, professionalism, and customer service skills! This place needs to retrain the staff or replace it! I will not patronize such a disrespectful establishment! And, I will let it be know that others should not patronize them until their staff learn to respect their customers, who are the ones that keeps this establishment up and running!! Remember your customers are the ones that makes sure you have a check to pay your rent and bills! Without customers you wouldn’t have a job! So respect your customers, and treat them with professionalism and pride! Then we will keep coming back for business!

The worse experience ever. The owner Steve or whoever he is has a very bad attitude and lacks sooo bad in customer service. I took my mom here to drop off an application i retrieved for her Saturday night 1/4 when I asked for the application i asked what they were hiring for and they informed me they needed help in all positions around the store and to come in Monday or Tuesday after 11am when “Steve-The owner” would be there. I thought that would be even better because you would be speaking directly to him. I take my mom there she goes in to return the application and he basically asked how she even got the application as if she was a person that shouldn’t of ended up with it. He also goes to tell the employees working for him he doesn’t care where it’s posted that he’s hiring that he’s not doing any open interviews today 1/6. He walked away from the counter leaving my mom and the other employee standing there wondering what she should do with her application. So she asked the lady should she leave it and they told her to just go and not to leave it. She came outside to tell me what had happened and i went inside to confront him on how rude he was. He tells me how do i know what was said i wasn’t in there and than tells me my mom acted like she couldn’t speak English and i told him that he lacked in professionalism and customer service. I have a friend that used to work there that quite after a couple years because she couldn’t take how rude he was and how his attitude is.nThe worst place ever. I wouldn’t spend a dime in that place anymore and i work next door. Half the time I’ve bought stuff from here you have to watch it because somethings are old or expired. I’ll be going to bp next door or cvs across the street from now on.
