Friendly staff for the most part, had a small scenario at the end of my stay and wasn't to happy with the outcome. All other staff I dealt with were amazing though. Enjoyed my time here, wouldn't say it's a bad hotel, just average. Has good hot water and water pressure which is always a must for me. Rooms could be updated a bit but a lot better than other places I've stayed for sure. The big towels I had in my room had a lot of spots on them, which seems to be common nowadays. I always bring my own for this reason. I would stay here again
We have stayed here on numerous occasions and we ALWAYS have been treated extremely well.The staff and management are friendly and helpful.It is always clean,bright,and welcoming. The pool is actually opened to guests staying at the hotel,(with a reserved time for your party). There's a workout room,a lounge area in the lobby that's so inviting, and every room offers peaceful and clean space to relax. I highly recommend this location for all these reasons and more.The location is ideal. You're right off a highway,there's attractions nearby including gas stations,McDonald's, a wine and wood restaurant, and an adventure place called PlayCLE. If you're considering a stop in this area for any reason,you truly need to try this place!
I don't understand how this hotel has ANY good reviews. NASTY room. Hair in the bed, footprints in the bathroom. Completely outdated. Locks on windows on the first floor do not work. Itchy bed with ripped sheets. Sketchy area. No microwave. NASTY.
Very Good stay. Friendly staff,comfy beds, nice hot showers..will definitely stay again
I have an absolutely dirty uncleaned room. Hair all over the ground around the bed, Hair in the bed, stains on the pillow cases. Ripped matress cover. No cleaning supplies even for myself to clean with in the room. I wouldn't suggest anyone stay here...
