Everything was OK except the main reason I booked a stay here. The jacuzzi! The ceiling from above the jacuzzi was in the jacuzzi! Obviously I was unable to use it. Went to office to try to get another room with a jacuzzi. Was told none available and given a refund. What if I wasn't from the area? I'm highly upset as this stay was planned for a month and you would think the cleaning crew would see it if they actually cleaned it even looked at the jacuzzi!
THIS HOTEL DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS AT ALL. THE OUTSIDE DEFINITELY LOOKS WAAAAAY BETTER THAN THE INSIDE. I BOOKED A ROOM, FOUND THE ROOM AFTER SEARCHING FOR IT USING BAD DIRECTIONS. ONCE I GOT INTO THE ROOM IT HAD A BROKEN DOOR HANDEL AND IT WAS DIRTY. ALSO, SUSPICIOUS LOOKING PEOPLE WERE HANGING AROUND THE HALLWAY AND LOOKED AS THOUGH THEY WERE PARTICIPATING IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. RUN FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW BETTER!!!!
Great customer service really felt welcome. However, on a down note I did have toilet handle that didn't work and I found hair on the walls of the shower. Details matter guys ud83dudc4dud83cudffe✌ud83cudffe
The format desk staff was very nice and helpful. (Besides one of the housekeepers that entered my room while knocking)nBut this was the dirtiest room I’ve ever had, on top of the trail of trash all on the steps my room had a lot of brown suspect stains on the walls. One of the beds was dirty and the I chose to not even take a shower because the tub was so filthy... there was no breakfast as advertised either but I assumed that was due to Covid-19.
Nice rooms and affordable only thing I didn't like was the bed was really hard on my back and only had 2 small pillows
