My husband and I spent a night at The Berlin Grande on 3/27/2021.nThe hotel was very clean. However, if you ever stay here please keep thesenfew things in mind. Do not stay in room 222. It is above the pool. This is not the fault of the hotel, but kids were yelling until about 9:45 pm and they were right at it again at 7 am.nThe wall seemed to be thin and we could hear everything, kids have a great time running and yelling. It was in the 70's that day and our room was very very warm, we turned on the air conditioning to 59 and made the room tolerable.nThe furniture is very uncomfortable. The bed was as well. We had a very restless sleep. The room we had was a king suite I think. It was very spacious had a microwave, small fridge, and sink. I did not see anywhere to plug a charger in. Thought it was weird since a new hotel.nHas complimentary breakfast.nIt was scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, and potato something. The breakfast was cold. I guess that is why they have a microwave there.nI don't think we will stay again. We will just need to plan more ahead and find somewherenquieter.
This should be a 5 Star hotel! Its a nice place! I've been to 5 Star hotels and they don't have nothing on this hotel. What you see on the web site, photos etc is what it is. Like I said, it's nice!nThe staff is friendly and its clean! If im ever in this area again, I will definitely stay here again!nI visited this hotel 3/18/2021
This hotel is total value for the money and more! This is the second time I have stayed here within the past year and there is not a single negative comment I could make about the place. It ended with a totally fabulous full breakfast Saturday morning, egg omelets, potatoes. Candien bacon and biscuits and gravy... And that was just what the employees were personally serving. There was so much more! I won't stay anywhere else now
I've been there twice now. They have very high standards. The help, and staff are very helpful. I do believe they are expensive. But this whole area makes a living off tourism. Which is never cheap. Recommend them highly.
We had a wonderful stay at the Berlin Grand Hotel. The rooms were clean and very convertible. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The staff was wearing masks and very helpful. Can't wait to go back. It was also nice to have a lot of shopping in walking distance from the hotel.
