Second time we've stayed here. We rented both comfort suites in the basement which included the setting area. Everything was clean and neat. Continental breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place and it's within walking distance to all the shoppes in Berlin. The rates are lower than any hotel.
We absolutely loved our stay in the home suite home suite of the oaks inn! It was so clean, and super cozy. We left the second day after breakfast, and came back later to find our trash taken out, towels taken and replaced, and even our dishes done that we had put off until later! We were amazed at the hospitality and service. We will most DEFINITELY be back! Thank you oaks inn for a fantastic weekend!
Our room, Home suite Home, is basically a one bedroom apartment, so wonderful & homey. It's quite close (1 block) to downtown and all the attractions! There was no ac, but we found a fan in the closet and were quite comfortable for Sept, not sure abt July or Aug though. Many of the decorations can be found at the shopping barn behind the location.
Love this place, location perfect, always clean, third time staying there, will stay again when in area
Very nice people,nice place, UNTIL tub faucet got stuck in the on position and called three numbers and no one got back with me for almost two hours. Things happen sometimes but you need to be available (in a reasonable amount of time)for guests if something goes wrong.
