This place is really enjoyable. The rooms are really spotless and beds are comfortable. The lobby area with the outside deck was really pretty. Staff was happy to greet you. Nice breakfast too. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was friendly. Room 214 was clean when we arrived. The light just inside the door was dim, but still lit. The room itself is quite spacious. Because there are rooms underneath, we didn't need much heat, even with outside temperatures in the teens. We turned the heater off & were completely comfortable with just the fireplace. It was very cozy that way. Breakfast was done well w/food safety top of mind. There was plenty of hand sanitizer around. We ate at the table in our room so we could take in the view of the rolling hills from the large window. The bed was made up beautifully & appeared very clean. We are just used to our bed at home; our backs are sore from 2 nights. We enjoyed Berlin. Even with low temperatures, there were a lot of people walking around the main street. Overall, a great place to stay in a cute town away from the hustle & bustle of cities.

As always a great place to stay; good value; clean and comfy rooms; helpful staff. The new owners have continued the great service and improved on it even amid COVID restrictions. We will go back

Made reservation for Berlin Heritage Inn based on location & reviews. At that time they told me room was on second floor of their annex. Annex is actually Berlin Carriage House which is a mile away and in no way within walking distance to downtown. One bed, one chair, one blanket for two people. And since we're nowhere near the motel we have no access to additional items (blanket) unless we get in the car and drive to the motel. Killed three very large wasps in the room, so far. No peep hole on door. Both my wife and I have talked to the front desk and have got our fill of attitude. Trim not fastened in bath. HVAC works good if your sitting in the dormer where it's located, rest of the room not so much.

I have been staying here for years and it is still one of the cleanest, laidback, and most relaxing places. They have a wonderful staff, a great breakfast (even during the covid restrictions), and a great gathering room to lounge in whether to play games, talk with friends, or warm up by the fire. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and I look forward to visiting again soon!
