The people are friendly and the rooms were very clean. They have an awesome breakfast and the lady who runs the breakfast is super nice and a hard worker. I believe her name is Stephanie. I'm not sure if that is how she spells her name, but she is really sweet and treats the customers very well! She goes above and beyond to please people.
First time staying at the Berlin Encore Hotel. Great place to stay, very clean, friendly staff and the breakfast is good! Love the location of the hotel as it is in the heart of the Amish country. Many shops within walking distance as well the Christmas shop and antique mall. Rooms and really nice and the beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here during your trip to Amish Country.
Clean and nice hotel. The decor is to gray for me. A little more color would give it a more welcoming feeling. Beds and food were great.
It’s fantastic place to stay! Breakfast is great, hotel is so clean and the front desk staff is amazing! The super tall girl at the desk is so sweet! 5 starts all the way!
Stayed in an Encore suite with jacuzzi. Contemporary, comfy, spacious & clean. Kitchenette w/breakfast bar, dinette area and living room area separate from bedroom w/jacuzzi and spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly, complimentary coffee & hot cocoa. Breakfast buffet was very good with good selection. Lots of room to lounge in lobby, good-size pool & little fitness room. Also has a banquet hall. Definitely would go back.
