Dwellbox Treehouse Village

So here it goes, the place was beautiful however it was dirty. The one thing we looked forward to was the outdoor shower well that was a HUGE let down as it didn’t work at all and no notification of that. The grill they talk about well you can see in the pictures how dirty it was and something we didn’t use. The bed spread was GROSS to the point we didn’t want to use it. I also spend a good amount of time having to clean the soaking tub before I had to get in it as it was dirty with white floating things in it when I ran the water the first time. The wood burner they have in the cabin, they advise you to start with wax cubes they provide yeah we got zero of those and a broken lighter. Then there was just one glass in the place when you know that most of the people coming are not coming alone. Hand soap pumps didn’t work. There were zero directions on how to run the gas fireplace or the furnace they had inside. It never advised how to get a hold of the owner if we had issues. Also DO NOT expect too much privacy in Ella as you can see down on the porch/soaking tub from the owners driveway and they do have company over often. When I booked they ask if it’s for a special occasion and I advised I would be proposing that weekend while we made it the best weekend ever this just was not how I would have planned it. I did reach out to the owner to let her know all of these things and show her pictures and still have not heard back. So just a warning Dwellbox is prob not where you would want to stay!

We stayed in the Sky Loft tree house to celebrate our wedding anniversary ❤ It was so cozy and just perfect for the occasion. The owners are so kind and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

This place is a true work of art! Perfect blend of nature & rustic with thoughtful amenities that make everything comfortable. The soaking tub was amazing and the wood stove made our stay so cozy. We absolutely loved Dwellbox and will be back soon!

Absolute gem of a place-came here over the summer and stayed for a few nights in the little house and couldn’t have been happier. Impressively built, well kept and charming-surrounded by beauty and serenity. So Cool!
