Gene and Michelle the owners were very accommodating to our every need and put on a wonderful breakfast as Gene spins stories of the The Barn Inn's history, local (Amish) culture, shopping, other highlights. Great baked treats, too. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn, movies all available. Dish TV and DVD player in both rooms we stayed at. You won't be disappointed.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas (even in the individual rooms). Owners very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and original. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Only negative comment would be that it does not seem overly soundproof...room above us could be heard pretty easily.
The Barn Inn was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Gene is the best host and you can tell he enjoys being the Innkeeper and chef. He loves to share the history of the property as well as how the fantastic breakfasts are prepared. Definitely will stay there again!
My wife and I had the best time at The Barn Inn BB last night! It is super cozy and well decorated for Christmas! Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable, and the welcome treats were very appreciated. We also had an awesome time talking Gene and Michelle over their amazing breakfast. They are great people & hosts who take immense pride in their Inn and it shows. Highly recommend staying here and we cannot wait to go back!
Absolutely WONDERFUL! Hospitality and breakfast second to none!! Felt like home sway from home. Strongly recommend it. You won't be sorry!
