Nice clean room. Great lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup! The heating/AC unit was quiet and easy to maintain a comfortable room temp. Sunny and nice breakfast area with your standard selection including waffles. I wish it would have included fresh scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled pkgs of 2. But otherwise no complaints. They have good coffee 24/7.
This was our favorite hotel in the past. But thanks to the rude staff we will never stay here again.....Also We did not get kicked out of the pool area for alcohol!! We entered the pool to swim. We had a small 4 pack cooler. Before we got to the table the desk clerk followed us in and rudely told us to leave because no drinks allowed. She did know if it was water or what!!. I was honest enough and told the gen mgr. It was a couple of beers when I called to complain. We would have had the pool to ourselves as the guests not staying in a room were leaving.I recently retired and we wanted to enjoy our mini vacation. Stayed there in Millersburg many times w/out incident. We left the hotel 3 hrs after check in.
Very nice and clean! Staff was very nice ...pool and hot tub were both open and clean. Breakfast was as good as they can do right nowud83dude0a
Asked for and extra blanket and pillow due to there being a light blanket on the bed. We were told that they didn’t have any. Um what? Hot tub was not very warm and There was no was to up the temp. Took the wife away for a night out of town. Wish we had stayed somewhere else. Would not recommend
The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean! Great, quiet atmosphere where i was able to focus on college projects! Having traveled around for an entire summer, ive stayed in many hotels, and Comfort inn proves you dont have to be the flashiest hotel to be clean and comfortable!
