Stayed at another local hotel night prior and it was extremely loud so moved to this hotel. The lady at the counter Shannon Anderson was an angel in disguise. She went extremely out of her way to be certain to put us in the perfect room both to be certain we had a quite stay as well as convenient to exteriorndoor too make walks more simple for our service dogs. Will be back when in the area. The room was extremely nice but Shannon is what made the night special. Whatever you pay her I can tell you she deserved more. We travel quite frequently for work and she by far is the best I have seen at her job and hoping she will be working when we get a chance to return.
Staff was friendly. Room was very nice. They were very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only thing was we found some long dark hairs on the bed cover and on a towel. I'm assuming the cleaning lady has long hair. We liked how they have glass door showers and NO shower curtains. The bathrooms were big and not cramped right beside the toilet. Plenty of room. The only thing was you could hear almost everything from the other rooms. People above us sounded like a circus for about 4 hours straight. So not much sleep. I would stay there again though!! Easy to find.
I wanted to get away for the Valentines Day weekend. So I rented a room. I asked for all the usual things but I also asked for something else. I asked if they would decorate a room for the Holiday. Without any hesitation I was told yes sir we can what would you like. Let me say Tangie you did a remarkable job. She loved what you have done. Everything was perfect a 5 star sells you all short your much higher. Thank you I appreciate everything you and your staff. I hope the corporate management knows what they have working for them. Thank you.
Stopped in and stayed a night here and was very very happy with our stay...we brought our mini goldendoddle and she was very welcome her...the rooms were super clean and nice..and the staff both day shift and night shift were so very nice and friendly...we will definitely remember this hotel on our next trip up this way!!
Nice and clean, close to all stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice, but Jerry the General Mgr was amazing! He was fun, kind and accommodating. Part of our group left clothes and Jerry DROVE them to their house 1.5 hrs away and wouldn't even take a bottle of water! Now that is AMAZING! Thank you Jerry & staff for the great stay, hospitality and customer service!! 100/100!
