This place was ok in the begining. Old ladies run it one just bought out the other. They also are one foot in the grave and other foot on banana peel. Trailers are very old and shouldn't be bought as well as way over priced it's a rip off. Winter time sucks options for heat around the park are propane, oil or electric. There furnace guy doesn't do the job right.
Don't really recommend for small kids or overly hyper kids. Lots of places for bad accidents to happen. That said, active kids will have a lot of fun hiking the trails.

I live at this trailer park now. I've only recently become aware of the drug activity which is unbelievable. My children and I are Greek and Samoan. I have had unbelievable race discrimination not only are the owners involved the police department is involved .nDrug heads in this place are involved. I had no idea the place was likes. Once the mixed race came into play I've had everything possible happen besides them burning a cross in my front yard. I'm afraid for my children. I'm not in the position just to sell and move out. And the process of speaking with the NWACP.nIf you trailer park White do drugs trailer parks for you. If you don't fit into that criteria they don't want you here. I have two great small children. Daughter six, son 1 + 1/2.nI'm afraid to let my daughter go outside and ride her bike anymore. I keep the doors all locked and surveillance cameras around the trailer.nI've lived many places in my life st. Petersburg Florida Tampa Florida , Texas, North Carolina. And I have never seen any more races place to live in my life. At this time I'm just laying low and pray nothing happens.
Nice friendly community. Has a nice fishing lake
