It's a very nice mobile home park for being in the city
I just wanted to share what a fantastic manager you have in Mike! He is constantly looking out for the residents and tending to the Park. He can always be found walking around the Park, picking up trash, selling/renting the mobile homes, mowing the grass and beautifying the Park. My family and I feel that our sister is safe there and that Mike is just a short minute away. Thanks Mike for all that you do!
Can't get a hold of the property manager...ever....
Park manger very nice and professional. He's a good guy. The mobile homes are very old and in seriously bad condition. Park owners seem to think that putting in some cheap carpet and some paint fixes a 40 year old home. No talk of new wiring, appliances, water heater or furnace warranties. 8-10k for what? Avoid this deal.
