We recently purchased a trailer there for my elderly sister. The entire process was seamless. The park management has been super responsive. The park is clean and everyone we have spoken to has been friendly. I hope that she will be happy there for years to come.
One of the most well kept and clean manufactured home park. Management is very responsive and has amazing customer service. They are very prompt and extremely efficient.
Average area, seems quiet. Units are nice enough.nGrandparents just moved in and the landscaping was in poor shape at best. Many dead branches 1-3 inch dia. and 3-7ft long hanging over deck and walk way. A failure of whoever manages the area.
A nice quiet place to live.
Nice, well maintained modular/ mobile home park. Clean streets and side walks. Large lots which back up to The Ravine
