I stayed at this hotel over a weekend. We were told spots had to be reserved for the pool and the night we arrived every spot was reserved.nWe went ahead and reserved a spot from 10-11a and were told we would get late check out. After swimming we checked with the front desk (Kelly) to make sure we had a late checkout, she said yes. 11a came around and Kelly called us telling us that we needed to checkout. The night before was very pleasant and we were please with the service, but the next day we were very unhappy.

MOST of the staff is great... maybe a few snakes.nSad that they don't seem to care the HBO is out. Do we get a discount?

IT WAS MR. GREEN IN ROOM 210 WITH THE PICTURE FRAME!!nnSo we stayed the night here and checked in at 10pm. It was already dark and there wasn't much in the way of lighting in the room. There were 4 lamps, one by the bed, one to the right of the TV and 2 next to each other at the end of the room. First thing we always do is check for bed bugs, thankfully we found no sign of them. But my wife did find that the window was unlocked and slightly opened!nnThe room was very spacious and the king-size bed was really comfortable. The bathroom however is a wholenother story. The tub had stains in it that I am pretty sure are permanent. The handle had mold growing inside of it and the drain was clogged.nnIn the morning is when we started to notice all the spots on the sheets and walls. The pictures are hard to tell, but let me assure you they were visible. Not to mention the picture above the bed was missing, and the holes weren't patched. There is water damage above the window.nnOverall, we did sleep well enough to get a good night's rest. Just wished we would have noticed all the stains before had to get a different room or something.
