This was our first claim on our house. Very responsive to the damages to our house and the initial patch repairs before the claim. Turned a stressful situation to a comfortable one by easing our minds and answering all our questions in a timely manner. Contractors were nice and cleaned up as expected. All communication was professional every step of the way.

When you get 3 red flags and your gut instinct says run…..RUN!nn(1) on the initial call the operator hung up on me because I did not want to give an email. I called back and she apologized and scheduled an estimate for the next day.nn(2) The estimator came out and scoped the job and said the estimate will be sent to me that night. I had to call 3pm the next day to request it.nn(3) After reviewing the estimate, I called the estimator and wanted to start the work. He promised to send over the documents and CC authorization that evening. It never came.nnI called 430pm the next day to speak with the owner, Jason Snider. I told him how his employees are not following through with emails, phone calls or just hang-up. Jason told me point blank “if you don’t like what we do maybe we are not the right company for you”.nnHoly cow! Being a newer little LLC, customer service should be priority #1.nnThe impression from the estimator I got is that this LLC is storm chasing for insurance jobs. They will find a way to get the insurance involved, promising you a whole new roof or siding, so they can keep the cash cow flowing.nnUPDATE: 3/16/2021nThe owners response is reprehensible and self serving. The original post speaks for itself and the response confirms it. Giving yourself TWO positive reviews after the fact of this one is NOT a positive look. Earn them.

Contacted in the morning after siding was damaged during a windy evening, was fixed efficiently by the afternoon. Excellent service, quick responsiveness and great scheduling. They showed up exactly when they said they would.

Had damage on the roof from a storm. Had no idea about roofs or insurance. Found tiger exteriors. Alex came out and took care of us. He worked with insurance directly and with us. New roof from insurance, just paid deductible. Looks amazing !
