This is a nice, clean, quiet place to stay. That being said, I would suggest they ask folks if they are Cleveland Clinic patients. As a patient who makes frequent trips for treatment or surgery, it would have been nice to know they offer a discount to CCF patients. However, the rates are reasonable so that was not a huge issue.
Booked for a kingsize non smoking on hotel.com got there was for 2 queen size but they quickly fixed it. Room was clean just very cold overall would come back again
Nice people at check in and check out. The place was clean and comfortable. All covid restrictions were in place. No issues. Could have used a tv guide in the room but I wasn't there to watch tv.
I was greeted and checked in by a friendly associate. She explained to me the differences I would see because of COVID regarding food service and no maid service. If you need anything though you can just ask and they will happily provide it. The room was clean and I had enough towels and wash cloths. I was NOT asked to pay a cash deposit of $250.00 as other reviewers are stating, so I'm not sure what that is about. The parking lot had quite a bit of garbage and garbage cans outside could have been a little more cared for as they were full. I would stay again though.
