Room was comfortable. Decent size. Staff was not too friendly. I asked two questions and the 2 older women got snappy one in the night shift and one in the morning. Bathroom was clean plenty towels. There was an extra 25 dollar a night charge they take off your card that I wasn’t aware of. But you do get it back if you don’t used it for purchases. Bed linens were soft got a good nights sleep.
All I heard was kids running up and down the hallway and above me. Didn’t get any rest. Booked another night thinking all the extra things going on was going to be over but it wasn’t. Smelled smoke in the hallway, I just came for a piece of mind and didn’t get that at all. The room was comfortable wish I was able to enjoy it.
stayed two nights. it was fine...they're keeping up with covid procedures, the room is well taken care of. things look good. but. I had to add on another night to my stay... suddenly my digital key no longer works and I'm being charged almost double! complete mess. we'll see what happens on my credit card.nn*edit: front desk adjusted the rate to what I was original supposed to be charged after addressing it with them, but I'm still weary that I had to bring up this type of discrepancy. still. adjusted up to 4 stars for the stay and the friendly staff I interacted with. would probably book again, but I'll remain very aware of all charges.
We have a REALLY nice room!! The hotel was extremely nice, the staff we're nice and joking with us which put us at ease from the start!! Will definitely book this place again!!!
Friendliest front desk I think I've ever experienced! Very clean and takes the current situation very seriously. Appreciate how accommodating and helpful! Highly recommend!
