We have lived here now for almost a year, the home is beautiful brand new and we love it! From the moment we expressed interest in Northridge Cove Jackie made everything so easy. She went above and beyond in the process of finding a home that fit the design we were looking for. We appreciate her! We also love our neighbor and his dog he made us feel welcomed from the 1st day we moved in. Anytime we have needed help the ladies at the office have been quick to respond as well as maintenance. We enjoy living at Northridge Cove. :)

I have nothing but good things to say about Northridge Cove! The community is clean, safe, quiet, and offers an amazing opportunity to live in Cleveland's fasting growing suburb for an affordable price. The trash is picked up right on schedule, the streets are plowed promptly when it snows, the playground is awesome for kids, and, above all, the people that work in the office communicate well and exceedingly helpful and kind. I would recommend this park to anyone looking for affordable mobile living!

We are enjoying our home and planning for beautiful flowers and a garden. Northridge Cove is so close to our doctors and UH.nThe new equipment for children looks wonderful. I’m excited to see what the future holds for Northridge Cove.nThe ladies in the office are awesome!! And our maintenance man does a wonderful job, especially for snow plowing.nThank you!!

My wife and two kids had less then a month to find a new home after the house we had rented for 5 years was sold under us. This place gave my family and I a chance to buy a new home very quickly with less then good credit. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Any of the complaints are the super old people that don't like new change. This place is safe and very nice. Being a young family the neighbors here are very helpful and nice.

We lived here a while ago and it was a great safe and clean place to start raising a child while finishing school and moving on with life. The idea of owning your own home at a time when one cannot afford a typical house is a great thing and you learn to fix many things, for me it was part of my education of life. Enjoyed it and would gladly live here again!
