This place is actually really pretty!
Twin Oaks 2nVery cute place. A lot of the trailer homes are really beautiful. I have a friend that lives there, and I hear that the lot fees are not that bad but I really wouldn’t know. I think She pays like $350.00. However the people who run the place act like it’s a California Country Club even though it’s just your basic trailer park. Be careful make sure you get everything in writing and you understand all of their rules clearly, especially their pet policy which they decide to change whenever it appeases them. I had stayed here with my friend about 8 years ago, and they tried to say that I couldn’t walk my dog. ud83dude26 But don’t take my word for it like I said it was 8 years ago.
They are slimy first if all the new trailer was falling apart. The back splash I thought was cermatic was paper because it was peeling. The shadyside was they asked me what I want to pay for it strange
