I use the Hilton Garden Inn every time I have clients flying in out of town. It's reliable and never disappoints. You always know what you're going to get with the Hilton and nothing more and nothing less. Sure, it may not be upscale, but expectations and reliability are critical in a hotel. Plus, they have a delicious restaurant on the first floor that you have to try. I believe it's called the Market. I recommend Hilton to anyone, expect families. Families shouldn't stay at the Hilton and I'm glad they never really do. I don't want to sleep next to a room full of screaming kids.

This is a low scale Garden Inn. If you want five stars don’t stay here. Whoever owns this franchise needs to do some major upgrades. We have been staying in Hilton Hotels for a while and we specifically love Gardens Inn. This one proved to be a real disappointment. The floor needed some major attention. The bathroom floor clearly has been neglected for a while and it had a sticky tacky feel under the feet. And the main room rug had clearly had not been vacuumed. The bathroom sink would not drain. I thought the price was pretty good for a Garden Inn until we arrived and say the hotel charges $20 for parking... not cool. The next time we’re driving through Cleveland, we’re gonna keep on driving!

Very clean and they make sure everyone has safety measures in place at this time. I'm really enjoying our stay.

Great hotel staff. Very friendly. Tina was super informative and kind and patient. with her help and knowledge she made our reservations and stay amazing. Thank you as well Jodi for being an instrument in helping as well

My room wasn't ready when I arrived. This was after 4:00 and I was very unhappy. I was trying to follow a schedule and this interfered with that. We were also told no forks were available to use with our dinner we had delivered to our room (from a different establishment). Yet miraculously there was disposable silverware in the boxed breakfast in the morning. The mini fridge barely worked and the towels were stained. The location of the hotel was great, but I won't be staying here again.
