Pretty nice room, room was clean. No complaints. Check in was fast. But the Vending machines didn’t have much so make sure you take your own beverages.

Nice place to stay. Booked online for cheaper rate. They gave me a room with no microwave or fridge. A bit odd. Front desk claimed that not all rooms have microwave and fridge. Maybe it had something to do with booking online for cheaper rate. ?? Kind of unacceptable considering there are hotels close to this Comfort Inn and they are at least $20 cheaper. Sure, they don't have the good reviews, but they probably have a microwave and fridge in the room. Just sayin.

Very nice hotel only problem was the elevator was down and we was on the third floor but overall very good hotel

For a comfort inn, it's decent. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are updated.

This place was okay. The front desk in general was very friendly. The challenge that I had was, I stayed there for 4 days, not once did a housekeeper coming to our room and change the sheets, bring new towels, bring toilet paper, our trash was never taken out. I remember calling down to the front desk and asking for a new towel and was told I had to bring down the towels that were used first before I could get new ones. I also had to call downstairs for toilet paper and was asked if I could come downstairs. I don't believe how customer service should work.nnThe challenge is it's easier for a housekeeper to bring and set your items outside your door than to go downstairs to go get them especially during covid. I felt like the maid should have cleaned the room or at least brought items to refresh your room while you were gone about your day. You shouldn't have to come back from a long day to your hotel room with an unmade bed, trash not taken out, no fresh towels, no toilet paper and nothing sanitized. This is something that can definitely be approved upon.
