I totally enjoyed my visit here. The bed was most comfortable. Best nights sleep in some time. The breakfast buffet had much to choose from. Our Saturday night dinner was excellent. The staff was most accommodating and made my stay a pleasant experience.

We came here for a vacation. Our first time in Cleveland. We saw the prices online it said 51$ for one night for a room in this hotel. When we came here to check in, the lady at front desk told us that she is going to be charging us 71$ tax included. As far as I know the tax in Ohio is 5.75% max, and that percentage out of 51$ does NOT add up to 71$! When we told her that we originally booked this hotel for 51$ she immediately started to explain herself that they usually count the tax as 17$. What is that? Do your employees don’t know how to do math? When I confronted her, she continued to say how she can readjust the rate for us. I don’t like to get tricked especially when I’m here to have a good time and enjoy my stay. On top of that this hotel smells like pot. I do NOT recommend this hotel and I’m never coming back.

The manager was super sweet and accommodating regarding our breakfast vouchers. The food was delicious the staff was very hospitable. The room was clean. My only disappointment was the pool was closed.

First room was dirty. Front desk staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating by transferring us to another room. However this room was dirty as well. Cleaning staff was in the hallway and in rooms with no mask on. Later on that evening the hot water was not working. I’ve never experienced this from a Hilton brand. It was plain old nasty for a lack of better words. Do not recommend staying here.

Room was okay but smell of weed was very very very strong. I am disappointed with Double Tree. Not like them at all. My mom is a diamond member and has been for 10 years. This is definitely not up to Hilton standards. We will not stay here again.
