Sam and his company was referred to me by our homeowners insurance agent.nnSam was able to look at a satellite picture of our home and precisely diagnose what the problem was and gave me a quote within several hours to fix a good leak.nnDue to inclement weather we were told that Sam could not come to our house for several weeks because he was backed up.nnHowever that wasn't the case Sam was there within five days of our phone call.nnHe sent Jim and Mike who had such a passionate interest and intense dedication about roof design, care and repair. I rarely have repairman that are so into their profession.nnI would highly recommend Sam and his crew members. They are caring dedicated and wonderful Craftsman. Last, I have found same to be a very genuine and authentic person to work with.
Sam at Allslopes is a real pro. His crew arrived on time, the repairs needed and the price was clearly stated, and the work was professionally completed. This is the second time I’ve used Allslopes and I would highly recommend their services.
Noticed some water damage in the corner of our family room. Called Allslopes and got a quick diagnosis and estimate. Within a few days the crew came out and patched it up matching the existing shingles. Did a great job and finished just before a hard rain. Very happy with their service. Would definitely recommend.
Requested an estimate on repair to my roof on 9/17. I was given a ballpark price that I thought was fair and confirmed I would like to move forward and at that time I was told about 1-1 1/2 weeks out and they would call to confirm. This was all done through texts with Sam who I assume is the business owner? Didn’t hear anything so I followed up on 10/19 and was told they “were just a little ways away”. It’s 11/15 and still nothing. I waited as I understand they are likely busy this time of year and the guy seemed nice but this company constantly posts in a Facebook group to call them for estimates/repairs and they are happy to help, as if they are available. If they didn’t want the job they should just say so, just ghosting someone isn’t really a good way to conduct business in my opinion. Just sharing my experience take it or leave it.
Sam, Jim and the crew at AllSlopes were great to work with. We had a few issues with our roof identified during a home sale inspection, and they were able to come out inspect and repair in a timely fashion and provided all documentation needs to clear the issue with our buyers. Would highly recommend AllSlopes for any roofing needs.
