Very friendly staff. The hotel is undergoing renovation, so no rooms are available on the first floor. We were surprised that our room only had a shower, so check with the front desk in advance if you need a room with a tub. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is very limited due to COVID, so expect only orange juice, a piece a fruit, and a muffin.
I really enjoyed this stay. Everything was very clean and all of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Covid precautions were adequate and everything went really smooth. We were able to reserve the pool for our family and had a great time. They even scheduled and paid for a shuttle to the airport for us at 5am. Definitely a good place to stay near the Hopkins airport.
Good service depending on who is working the front desk and the indoor pool is open which is a huge plus. All the other hotels closed their pools for good so we have been coming here very often.
It is very nice. The beds are comfy. But due to covid-19, the breakfast is limited, but good. The staff was nice. No complaints.
Patrick is very friendly and helpful. Also the driver to and from the airport was great/friendly he was driving a grey van is from new york. Thank you again for a great stay. The only negative part was that you can hear every one shower(hear the water running) its like the main water line runs through the wall. A young lady at the front desk with glasses was apologetic and did not hesitate to bere-accommodated to a different room on the 4th floor
