I had such a wonderful experience during my stay with my Residence Inn family! I say family because that is truly how it felt. I would give 10 stars if I could. I stayed with my little family (including 2 doggies) for just about a month. We arrived in the middle of Christmas holiday and being away from our family was hard, but these guys took great care of us. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean! The beds were comfortable and the desk area was great and well equipped with outlets. Also, located on a very convenient strip with lots of quick food options nearby.nSpecial thank you to Preston at breakfast for always being warm, friendly, and kind; also, special thank you to Jessica and Dawn for being so incredibly kind and accommodating. I was studying for the bar exam during my stay, so I was pretty worn out and stressed every day... but the staff were able to do little things that just made this place feel like home. I had no additional stress added to my plate and any time I needed anything, they were there for me asap. I cannot put into words how much it really meant, especially during such a stressful time!
Definitely a great choice if not the best choice in the region. Clean, large, stylish, well furnished rooms. The breakfast is average for the area and better than in other places during COVID.nnThe only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the laundry system. The laundry machines require 8x .25ct or more to work. The front desk gives quarter but you cannot charge it to your room. In 2021, this system is absolutely ridiculous. There are so many solutions around this. I will happily change my review to 5 star if that was to change.
Just an amazing experience all around. Anya who checked us in was very professional helpful and courteous. Well-informed and gave us great suggestions for the local places to eat. Dawn checked us out and she was very pleasant as well. Very clean very relaxing. This experience has made me want to become a Rewards member with Marriott.
If visiting BWU, great place to stay at. Service was excellent. Room clean and spacious. Easy to relax. Also enjoyed the fire on a cool night.
Staff were all amazingly courteous and professional - always made me feel welcome at every interaction. Immaculately clean and stylish room with plenty of space to relax and unwind.
