I really like this hotel! It is conveniently located and the rooms are really well appointed. There's always what you need including plenty of outlets and charging stations.nBest, though, is its front desk people. The person on evenings is brilliant. He's funny, kind, gracious and remembers me and details about me every time. He also has a great sense of humor! I always look forward to seeing him when I'm passing through!

Overall good stay.nnWhile we did have some concerns during our visit; I feel the gentleman that was working when we checked in was professional, friendly, and empathetic! He quickly tried to accommodate all requests and addressed any concerns.nThe staff we interacted with the following morning was not as professional, but were very friendly and accommodating!nWe will consider staying again!

Very nicely put together space. Very clean... associatea are friendly and knowledgeable about the area.. very please.. for the price its amazing!!!!!

The staff is excellent. Very friendly on the phone (we booked our stay from the road). Kudos to Mary at the front desk. The breakfast the next morning was great! They even had Pumpkin Roll as an early Thanksgiving treat. This is also a great pet-friendly hotel.

Location is viewing the city of St. Clairsville and nice rooms. Wish it had a pool, but other than that it's a great place to stay.
