Lot rent is $250.00 for just the land our trailer sits on. They can't even keep our driveway plowed after a major snowstorm! In 8 years our lot rent has gone up $80.00, they raised it recently, in January during a PANDEMIC! They only care about $$.
Meh, it's what you'd expect
Good place better than most in that town. Just needs it's roads seriously redone, it's pot hole armageddonbin there.
Living here is ok. Most of the neighbors are fairly friendly and keep to themselves. Its a nice park for the most part and doesn't attract a lot of bad attention and unwanted quests like other parks. Main issue is having a supervisor who rarely ever comes and scopes out the park. She manages the park several towns away and seems to be preoccupied with something almost as if our park is an after thought. The park has no community center and no place to really let loose and relax with friends. There are many ridiculous rules and regulations when it comes to your lot. No swimming pools allowed. Absolutely nothing in your yard or you will be fined.
