I don't live here but my brother-in-law does. His place it pretty nice and the trailer park seems nice & quiet! From what I hear the owner is very nice and easy to work with!

Very affordable, easy to get your camper in, pretty quite and clean. Jeff is really easy to deal with. Definitely a good place to stay if you're working at the refinery
The best mobile home and RV park in the area. The owner takes great pride in the safety and cleanliness of this park. This is more than a place to put your mobile home or RV. It is a community where the landlords/owners truly care about the upkeep and maintenance of the park. They want it to be above the rest. They always making improvements to make it a better place. No other park in Lima treats you this good!!!
Nice mobile home & rv park, all year. Great Neighbors. Clean and safe park, wife really likes it. There is a full time manager and the owner spends a lot of time here. Easy access to I75 and close to town. Park is continually improving, security camera watching the entrance to the park. Thai restaurant and an excellent ice cream business within walking distance .
