Its a nice quiet place . The residents seem like they keep up on maintaining their homes and lots. Very nice place
Neighbor is in cahoots with management. The clothesline that were up when we moved in in 2009 long before current management took over. Current management bullied me until i was firced to take them down.nRules are frequently changed and rules now have rules..nnIf you like lots of rules but are NEVER given a copy. This is the place for you.
It's good place to live but not maintained as it should be. Paying $369 per month. And it goes up in April. But low utility bills rent pays for water. So dont see water bill just gas and electric. Has wild cats if not cat lover. I like to live here though
