If you have small children or a partner traveling with I wouldn't suggest this hotel at this time.nnI don't know if it's because of covid, but it was a rougher experience than what I expected from a Holiday Inn. The room itself was fine but there was a profound and intense smell of pot throughout the floors as well as the elevators. The door to the gym didn't work. There were loud noises until past midnight on both of my nights there. Very limited hours / days on the hotel restaurant & bar.nnIf I had been staying in town any longer I would have sought other lodging.
Very outdated! Expected top quality very loud & rooms smelled like pot. Was not happy with our stay!
Hope Holiday Inn forces this franchisee to clean the place. Hey buy a carpet cleaner or hire one. Nice lampshade too.
Front desk attendant Jarvis, very helpful, polite & a great representative of Holiday Inn,nDue to an initial card failure from the company I work for he was unable to check me in @ first, but I was able to provide him with new card information, he punched in the new #s & now I can sleep well & comfortable tonight after a 12 hour drive from Philadelphia PA,nnTHANKS JARVIS FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK & HELP,
Room was dirty. Drain for the shower/tub would not stay open had to hold it open to drain the water out. Carpets were all stained and crumbs everywhere. Told the front desk and all they said was ok thank you. Will never stop here again. Was charged 118 plus taxes and fees to stay in a garbage room. Card says promise to make things right but they did not
