The previous owner, my former boss, not only dropped the ball and lost several contracts I brought in, but took out her personal feelings on clients affiliated with me. She managed to lose a government contract I brought to the company and caused me to answer for her blatant rudeness and lack of work even after leaving the toxic work environment. I do hope the new ownership does much better than she did. Best of luck.
I had a leak near/at the chimney and called Thrush and sons of Lebanon after new management. I contacted the new owner (Steve)who came out that day with a temporary fix, and a permanent fix within the next week.Very,very impressed with his understanding of the situation and action he took.The next day I was contacted by both Steve and Alec to let me know what they had done.I would also like to thank the worker who performed the work on a Saturday to get this done.Very impressed with the company under the new managment.
Great company with great people. They care about what they are doing and make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving the property. Would definitely recommend Thrush and Son of Lebanon.
