The host of these properties is amazing. She is organized, and super helpful to guest. She make sure the check in and check out process is easy. She keeps her properties spotless. I would not hesitate to say at any of these places as long as Pam is the host. She has properties in both Lebanon and Springboro. Both of these towns are super charming and a great place to stay. I don’t think anyone will go wrong with simplify guess Homes. She really cares about her guest t experiences.
Simply Guest Rental is an absolutely Amazing destination in historic Lebanon, Ohio. Nestled in their charming downtown it is surrounded by quaint shops and numerous restaurants. Step outside their doors and you will not be disappointed. Something for everyone. A must see destination!
This was a great rental for our family member who came on an extended stay. She wanted to experience what it was like living in Lebanon without committing long term. The downtown location was perfect as it was within walking distance for so many things.
I have stayed at Simplify multiple times and have never been disappointed. Clean, beautifully decorated and walking distance to everything I wanted to see. Owner is delightful and very accommodating.nnWill return again!!!
