The stay was as expected. It was a nice quiet place with very clean rooms. The housekeeping staff was friendly and brought me towels and changed my sheets without having to ask. I was very happy with my stay and will return again in the future
Update to my last review: they are now trying to charge us for switching rooms after the first room did not have working air conditioning. On top of this, they are claiming that there is damage to the room, and that there was excessive trash in the room. They are fishing for money due to being slow because of the pandemic. Funny enough, this is also their excuse for having dirty rooms and bugs. If anything, being slow should let them clean the rooms better. There was also hair in the bathroom, and urine stains around the toilet. There are small TVs, no coffee maker, dirty rooms, bugs, and rude staff. 0/5 would never recommend staying here.
Bugs crawled on us in our sleep. Dead bugs in the kitchen. Tiny twin beds in every room. The tvs are from the 2000's and so small you can't see anything. Ice machine broken. Vending machine broken. The toilet had. A note claiming it was sanitized but I clearly saw pee and hair from someone else upon arrival. The a/c in our 1st room was broken. And they were prejudice to us for having a loud car and blue hair obviously from the rise treatment they gave us. Even charged us extra for having to clean 6 beer cans on the counter while it was labor day weekend....
Clean quiet comfortable safe friendly .
A quiet and clean room. Best in Lebanon that’s for sure
