They called me back the day I contacted them. Nicole came 2 days later, assessed the damage, took pictures and shared them and a quote with me. They came to do the job within two weeks. They did a fantastic job. I have a flat roof on an enclosed patio. Few roofers even want to bother with them. Roof America was awesome. We had a heavy rain after they completed the job and no leaks after several years of getting buckets out. Thank you, Roof America! Great job!
Perry Schaffer scheduled an appointment on 11/30/2020. No show / no call. Followed up with him. Said he couldn't come due to weather. Understandable but he could have called. Advised he would come 12/3 or 12/4. Hasn't responded. Poor communication.
Still is not finished with the job after 2 years of dealing with them. They replaced part of the roof that wasn't even supposed to be done so we had to pay 1/2 out of pocket.
The owner Earn and the job forman Perry have done several roofs jobs for me. I recommend them all the time! They are the best in the area!
We had our garage roof replaced and were under a time crunch. Roof America was able to accommodate our schedule and the finished product looks great. They also took great care to not harm the nearby landscaping. Communication throughout the process was timely and accurate. Highly recommended!
