I rate this negative 5 stars. Hotel staff woman was very rude and dismissing at check-in, even when considering we had legitimate complaints about stained sheets in the room. Broken glass covered the entire stairwell (3 flights). They refused to give a refund of room when I decided to leave and much less have given little to no acknowledgement to their poor quality of service. Don’t waste your time or money with these people.
King size room; bed was very comfortable. Staff friendly. Only issue was hot water in shower was warm; would not get hot like sink hw. Limited breakfast choices; muffins, plain donuts, toast/bagels, coffee, apple/OJ (OJ side wasn't working though), yogurt, waffles, 3-4 cereal choices, various fresh fruit. Overall very clean and felt comfortable staying there.
Made my booking online. What a mistake. Rude check in from a woman who put me on the end of the building at an obviously not busy hotel because that's what they do. Had to be moved to another room because television didn't work, which meant dealing with the rude lady upfront again, who suggested i find another hotel. I'll never stay in a hotel with this company's holdings. It's not a corporate baymont some company owns it licenced under baymont but not up to their standards.
The staff is kinda sketchy, they swiped my card when I paid for another night thru Priceline online already, said they didn't need my confirmation number, and then wrote down my card number and info on a copy they had made of my card( that was too dark).Is this standard procedure? Idk, I just hope this dude dont do nothing with my info or we gone be fighting!!$$ And the cops are always posted somewhere close and it feels like they tend to mess with you more coming out of there than anywhere else around here, this must be the sleezy, rundown hotel for Huber Heights ud83dude02 lol
I will never stay at this hotel again me and my fiancé got a room for the night and i went to use the restroom and found used needles under the sink and they wouldn’t give us a refund. The customer service was absolutely terrible.
