Room was clean. Linens were fresh. Front counter staff were great. Only reason you get 4 stars and not 5 is because of the road noise coming from the freeway right behind the property. For the price, though, it is worth it. I would stay again but I would ask for a room facing away from the freeway if possible.
Lobby is cold it’s winter time and snowing! Was told I had to leave my room as I was waiting for my cab to pick me up. There is no heat in the lobby area they would not let me stay in the room to stay warm as it’s against company policy! Our company pays for rooms on a weekly basis here but they refuse to budge.
Nice clean rooms. Late night arrival with no reservations and they cut the price on a room due to availability since I only needed it for a few hours.
Check in girlnwas nice. Room was mostly clean. Room was outdated. Holes in the bedspread. Lamp shade was busted. Picked this room/hotel specifically because it had a room with a hot tub. THE HOT TUB DIDN'T WORK!!!! Won't be staying here again.
Do not let the outside appearance fool you or the pictures of the business from the outside when you search on google. They have put work into the outward appearance of this hotel. The staff has always been helpful and very customer service oriented every time i have stayed here. I stayed for about a week and a half back in December and they were happy to give me a weekly rate for the 3 night 4 days i stayed into the second week and not charge me a nightly rate without actually staying the full week. The rooms i have been in have always been very clean and well maintained. They are on top of things are far as making sure you are provided fresh towels daily and new hygiene products as well. They vacuum, make beds like they day you checked in and wipe down all surfaces every day. I would recommend this hotel to others and personally believe they deserve more than an average 3 star rating ud83dude01ud83dudc4dud83cudffc
