Marsh Hollow : Your Hocking Hills Log Cabin

Marsh hollow is the best hocking hills cabin to rent. The owners keep the place clean and welcome you. The atmosphere and location is close to everything. I have rented the same cabin 4 or more times already. I love the place.

We enjoyed two nights here. The cabin was very clean, quaint and tastefully done. The location is close to all of the trails etc.. and is in a very peaceful setting. We are definitely coming back.

We stayed at Shadyside Cabin for 3 days to celebrate our 6-year anniversary and my graduation from OSU. We've stayed at a number of cabins near Hocking Hills, and there are always pros and cons, but this one has been so far the best. A bit pricier than we usually rent, but well worth it. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful, and although it was right off Wagner Rd., felt secluded. Very spacious w/large, fully functional kitchen (even a dishwasher!) and large bedrooms. The only complaint is that the beds seemed smaller than expected--they're supposed to be queen size, but they felt like something between a queen and twin. There were many lights, which I appreciate since I am legally blind, and sometimes these cabins are not lit well and hard for me to get around. The wi-fi was a bit spotty, but most cabins in the area don't have it at all, so it was nice to have it when it worked. I believe it was about a 10-minute drive from Cedar Falls, one of our favorite trails.nnThe outside is awesome, with a huge covered deck that's perfect for meals and hanging out. The hot tub is on a lower deck, uncovered (love to look up at the stars while in there, and many cabins have covered hot tubs for some reason). The yard is big and surrounded by trees and woods, with the fire pit set away from the cabin. Wood provided under the tarp beneath the deck. We had a great weekend hanging out inside and outside the cabin and walking the trails. Definitely will be back!

This is such a great place to vacation. The cabin is private and nestled in trees to give it a country feeling. Well maintained and great communication with management. I highly recommend this place if you are staying in Hocking Hills. It just perfect, spacious and very well maintained. We’ll be back.

Beautiful clean spacious cabin. Very nice yard and fire pit. The recycling receptacle needs to be bigger. We had a very nice time. Great deck & hot tub. Good for bird watching.
