Very clean establishment. Ive been here since the end of November 2020.nThey have actually help to turn my room into a mini hospital room. Allowing me to excess visiting nurse, all physical care in a clean and safe environment.nThe employees are the best group of adults one could ask for.nUnder the Management of Joe Ferguson this group works as a team ultimately offering quality service to their guests.nAs with a great deal of motels/ hotels close to the highway, you Do Not have to be concerned about drug dealings or illegal room gambling. This team works together on that issue as well. Quickly removing people who chose NOT to respect corporate rules and neighboring guests
The smell of the room was amazingly bad, and when I used the fan to get some fresh air it made it worse. The TV did not work, the elevator looked like a crime scene, and everything in the room was in poor condition. The young lady at the counter was wonderful. Even at $55 the room was not worthwhile.
It had a smokey smell mixed with something else that was very unpleasant that was on the bedding. It was noisy. (not management fault). We were out of toilet paper and we were told if we wanted more we would have to go to the office to get more. I guess we got what we paid for .
It was clean and a good place to rest and I loved the fact that I could take my pet with men.
Couldn’t even stay here, the price is decent but the rooms are not. When I checked in the woman was very friendly, and probably deserves a raise for all the complaints she hears. But the 1st room had brown and yellow stains on the bed, so I kindly requested a different room. This room had cigarette burn holes in the blankets, and it looked like the room was never cleaned. Both rooms smelled like mildew, and I just simply would not have been able to lay my head down in that room. The woman had no issues with giving me a refund, thankfully.
