This will be the absolute last time my husband and I stay at this Baymont! We checked in 3/26/21. The check in clerk was rude. Our room had an extremely strong smoke smell. Both nights we had to sleep with the windows open. Burn holes were on our blanket. There was a tear in the rug and a hole in the wall. Furnishing needs to be updated. The ironing board had no cover. Our room wasn't cleaned our second day there even though my husband asked it to be cleaned. And when I asked for new towels and more coffee, I was told to bring down the dirty ones (we were on the 4th floor plus I don't feel I should've been the one to get them) and I could get clean towels and coffee. We ABSOLUTELY will NOT EVER stay here again!!!
Never again
That place is a total dump. Worst Baymont Inn I have ever stayed at. Opened up the refrigerator it was full of mold, holes in the wall carpet tore up.. comforter on the Bed full of holes. I would not recommend this place to anyone
1 bad experience. Stayed Saturday February 20th and Sunday morning went to pay at 8:36 am and was told I would have to pay an extra $20 for early check in , mind u I'm already in house
It was a fine stay the front desk extremely nice done everything asked and wonderful coffee
