Had three elevators but they was hella small
Absolutely fantastic! The best hotel that I stayed at for the price range. The service was excellent! I like the hotel so much? That I actually called off just to stay there another night. And all I had to do was call the front desk they had my credit card on file everything was fine. It took a total of maybe one minute.nnI stayed on the seventh floor and it had a magnificent view of the highway. Which I know sounds kind of dorky. But it’s still nice to pull those curtains back and just see the river of lights at 9 PM.nnThe only complaint that I have is that their heater and AC unit was a little wonky. It was kind of warm and I couldn’t cool the room down.nnHowever the medication that I take might have affected that. A little too much info. If you’re in the area? Absolutely get this room! It’s nearby a good Ruby Tuesday’s , and other restaurants and less than one minute from the highway.
Great accommodations for the price. I give this hotel 4 stars.
So the hotel is remodeled and it’s actually decent like the new furniture and updates are nicenCons: the cleaning people do not pay attention to detail there is soap scum left behind from the previous guest rust on the bottom of the rails and there was mold at the bottom of the tub not pictured they only gave us one wash towel for 2 guest. The amenities were not available due to Covid of course but I think they should notify guest a simple update wouldn’t hurt. Pool closed no breakfast at all gym closed.nPro: easy check in, front desk staff nice and pleasant.
Me and my boyfriend stayed there from Wednesday through Saturday. The rooms were ok. They customer service was not good. They wouldn’t come clean our room. Their was a person on our floor whose dog barked constantly and we reported it. They didn’t offer to move our room. They were children running through the halls after 10 pm slamming doors. My boyfriend went outside to smoke at 2 am and was stuck outside for 10 minutes the staff was not at the front desk frequently.
