Sonesta ES Suites Cincinnati Sharonville West

I use to love this location. It was convenient and I can cook for my family. And they use to be really nice inside. Not sure who has taken them over but the quality has definitely went down. How do you mot have water? And don’t tell no one that the water will be off?? No blankets. No towels in the rooms.

Great condo like accomodations for up to 2 with a full kitchen. Pet friendly with a fee. Has a grassy area to walk dogs. Good value.

Front office staff was great, location was great for what we was doing in Cincy. That is all I can say nice about the place. Front office credited me a full night stay because of my issues. Will never return. Maintenance and housekeeping is horrible to say the least. I am not posting the pics and video but I got them.

We travel often for work and spend a lot of time in hotels. This place is a dump. After my experience at this location, I will never stay at a Sonesta property ever again. When we pulled up to the main office, security was attempting to break up a party next door. It was obvious the lone female security guard was overwhelmed with the crowd outside, because as we pulled away to head to our room two police cruisers rolled up. The parking lot was packed and it was difficult to find a spot to park. Trash littered the lots and sidewalks- including used masks. Fairly disgusting and unsanitary considering Covid-19. Once we got to our room I observed a hole punched in the closet, dirty carpets, residue on some of the counters, and worst of all- stains on the bedding. Frankly, it freaked me out and made it difficult to get to sleep (even after removing the offending comforter). The blanket that was provided for the pull out couch was threadbare. Had we not arrived so late and been so exhausted, we would have turned around and left. Our room looked nothing like the company’s advertisement photos. It was old and dingy with plastic couch and chair cushions. It was obvious that this property is in desperate need of an update to its interiors. Best of all, they charged us twice! The second time at a significantly higher rate! They say the assistant manager will reverse the charges- but he wasn’t actually there for us to speak to him directly. If you are contemplating staying here, do yourself and favor and don’t! There are plenty of nicer and cleaner hotels in the area at better rates.

The rooms were amazingly clean they smelled amazing there is ample room for more than two people and all around great experience would definitely come back.
