This is my 1st night of a few nights stay.. probably my 3 to 4th time here. Always clean, well appointed, quiet, nice kitchen. Front desk staff.. above and beyond fantastic hospitality. I do wish a coffee maker was in the room.. but..!! Best in the area for sure!

Nice enough room. Best value is through kayak. No elevator so you'll have to lug all your stuff up the stairs. Not sure how it's ada compliant.

We appreciated that they waived an early check in fee. However, they neglected to tell us when we checked in that there was no hot water. (It came on around 3) Our non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke from days gone by. The hallways smelled like stale smoke also.nThere was a disturbance in the room next door around midnight, and attempts to reach the front desk failed. Some one rudely answered after many rings and hung up on us. Our room phone did not work the next morning. At 9am, some sort of hammering began in the hallway or room next door, without warning or explanation. When I tried calling to get kitchen supplies, no one answered and there was never anyone at the desk.nWe asked for a later checkout, which they allowed an additional 30 munutes, but no one told anyone and between 11-11:10 we got a phone call and knock on the door asking us when we were leaving. Overall a disappointing stay.

It was good until this morning, I know everyone has bad days but when you're working with a public customer service for your number one skill and I guess Miss Amanda was maybe having a bad day then I spoke with her manager a little later and she also must have been having a bad day we're paying $89 a night for a room I feel like I should have gotten more attention to my needs I guess what's a branded a great the housekeeping is awesome and Chase have been nothing but nice
