Lovely place. Well managed and great amenities.
Manager was very nice & knowledgeable. Was very patient & answered all of our questions even though he was on his way to do a errand. This is a very nice place for Seniors, quiet, very clean, nice conveniences for seniors. Hope they have a vacancy soon.

The waiting list is definitely worth getting on. My grandmother moved in a few years ago after moving from apartment to apartment, and loves it. They take great care of you here and none of the difficult issues you'd deal with having a crappy landlord. I'm actually super jealous!
This is a very nice apartment building for ages 55 & up! They have nice amneties to make living easier, a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, elevators and a nice little balcony for those beautiful days! The only downside is that the dumpster should be closer to get to, they should install a trash chute so that people, especially elders, don't have to walk so far to throw away trash!
