The office staff need an in-service on customer service. A lady and her child whom are guest there asked for fresh towels and the front desk clerk began to yell and belittle the guest about asking for towels outside of the standard 10am-2pm hours. The guest was explaining she is gone those hours for work and her child has school but the towels were bagged and inside her door to receive fresh towels, which never happened. Needless to say the guest never received the towels and ended up being told to get out of the office. The Management and staff they have there onsite are horrible and you can tell they are comfortable talking to their guest this type of way because this happens often! I have never in my 20 plus years of traveling for my job and my children's sporting events experienced such horrible customer service just all around! NEVER will I stay at an EXTENDED STAY or Recommend anyone from my Corporate Company to stay at Extended Stay! This Location in particular!
Wish I Could RATE this a ZERO! Location isn't bad its right off of the highway its not too far from anywhere in the city! BUT..... The General Manager Tamala and her Staff minus a few good ones need to go! Their attitudes are nasty and they have no professionalism to them.
clean room,awesome shower and No hassle front desk.Diamond and the other young lady who ran the show sure were helpful in making my extended stay an enjoyable experience.The pop corn they made for the guests was so delicious as well.Was movie theater quality if not better.They certainly made this humble travelers day with there smiles and made a stranger feel like a member of the family.5 stars is not even close with this magical place .I would glady give every star in the sky to the angels at the front desk gates...
If zero star was an option I would have selected. Horrible management, night staff, and rooms are disgustingly dirty. Pictures are of the kitchenette area, there was also layer of dust on the night stand...bring cleaning stuff. Non Covid compliant. Go stay anywhere else, heck a tent would be better.nResponse to owner reply: You won't do anything, complaint was made while staying there and result was nothing from you or Corporate. So your reply means nothing.
Looks like it might be a nice place to stay at. However these bozos won’t take any type of debit card whatsoever. Not even my business account debit. Skip it. There are plenty of other competitively priced hotels within 1 mile.nI have never heard of such a thing and the front desk person was clearly embarrassed.
