Comfort Suites Cincinnati North

If you want to get a contact buzz, this is the place for you! We stayed here because it was the only place in the area that would not accommodate our large family in one room. We have five kids, and the suite was laid out perfectly for a large family. It was also fairly quiet and we slept well. The biggest issue is the entire hotel smelled like weed constantly. Don’t dare turn on your bathroom fan if you don’t want to get high. It was so strong it smelled like somebody was smoking in the bathroom with us. Also, the front desk person was extremely rude. You have to reserve time at the pool, and he came in and screamed at people to get out of the pool. It was over the top rude! We also had to go ask twice to get towels at the pool. The room wasn’t very clean either. The carpet has some really disgusting stains and there was still toothpaste on the counter for the last people.

Very nice, clean and the rooms are so beautiful an nice. It has a full kitchen plus the price was so awesome like under a $100 a night. How great is that? Please everyone try this hotel out and I promise you will enjoy it, comfort n all

This place was nice but very quiet because of covid-19. Most of the fun things in this hotel were closed.

Checked in on Monday September 14,2020. The lady working at the desk was pleasant, but were her mask over her mouth and not her nose. Anytime I went by the desk when she was working there would be the same one or two other women just standing there talking with her, both with no mask on. Room was big and spacious. There was no remote for TV and it took quite a while for the lady at the front desk to find one for us. Room not very clean. Trash in can by desk left by previous guest. Because of the recent Covid issue we decided to wipe down the room with our own disinfecting wipes. I was shocked at the amount of dirt we were wiping off the frequently touchable surfaces like the nightstands the refrigerator the desktop and the bathroom counter. The bathtub had a lot of mold in it. I dropped some thing on the floor near the bed and when I bent down to pick it up I noticed something under the nightstand, I looked further under the nightstand and it was absolutely filthy. Crumbs, a dusty ink pen, and some other debris and dust. Dusty under second night stand. Decided to take a nice hot soak in the Jacuzzi tub and found the water to not be very hot because the hot water won’t shut off all the way. Dry paint splatters all over the part of the Jacuzzi tub that nobody bothered to wipe off when they painted last in this room. My towel slipped off the arm of the couch and when I went to pick it up a rose petal was hanging out from underneath the couch, slid the couch out a little bit it was absolutely disgusted by the amount of food, rose petals, and muffin wrapper that was under and behind the couch. The couch folds out into a sofa sleeper, so I can only imagine what that looked like. The second night I got a little chilly in the middle of the night and I grab the extra blanket out of the closet when I opened it up to shake it onto the bed crumbs and God knows what else came off of it. Visible stains on the blanket. Absolutely disgusting. Found a few random bobby pins laying in the middle of the floor. Unfortunately I have no interest in using a coffee pot that is kept in a bathroom, because I think that’s rather disgusting. the coffee pot look like it hadn’t been washed in months, the lid is grimy, and there was actually wet coffee residue in the bottom of the pot. Cleaning should be top priority at any hotel because of guests cycling through, but it should be especially important during this whole Covid 19 situation.

Great staff. They are wonderful to pull into a establishment that you are going to stay for the night and the staff treats you with wonderful service
