I lived here. I've had zero issues with this place. The only complaint is that kids are always playing in the streets. But try see it as, better to play tag than actual gang activity. They can get a bit loud is all. Great Property Manager.
No. Higher possible, if existing street lighting was upgraded, and edge painting on narrow roads would increase safety. I've noticed lighting in traffic circle and mail room presumably burned out. Across from mail room, electrical supply for entire park has breaker boxes mounted on rotting/loose plywood. Lot of litter, in yards and streets. Cars parked on grass in yards and double parked blocking streets, close to impossible to navigate some areas while folks works on cars in middle of the street. Kids play in streets and are unsupervised by their parents. Permanent basketball hoops next to others homes. Dogs not on leashes and way over stated weight limits. No fire hydrants in park, fire lane signs are ignored. Many trees in park are dangerous and need to be cut down. The park is also a cut through between Hamilton Ave to Harrison extension as people try to avoid intersection of Adams at Hamilton.
