The pharmacy staff seem friendly and knowledgeable BUT.... I have been on the same 4 monthly meds for several years yet have been unable to pick all 4 up on the same day for over a year now. I have to do this little dance every month where only some of the 4 are ready and have to call to add the others. Each time I call they tell me that they'll put all 4 on auto-refill moving forward and will fix the issue...but it never happens. The people there seem competent, so i suspect that they just have bad computer systems. In any event, I'm tired of doing this dance every month and am finally going elsewhere.

Came to get a flu shot on a Sunday afternoon but was unable to. The pharmacy tech told me she was working alone so I’d have to come back a different day. Very unprofessional for a Walgreens to not staff appropriately. Don’t advertise you offer flu shots if you don’t have the staff to perform them.

We love this Walgreens, a little because it's so convenient to our house, but mostly because of the the staff. My favorite person is Kim who knows the store inside and out. I depend on her suggestions and recommendations for make-up, wellness and beauty products. She is enormously helpful and so good to the customers.nWe also like the pharmacy staff very much. They have been more than helpful answering questions about both prescribed and over-the-counter medicines.
